5'9 and 130 lbs. Very thin and not very healthly looking. His hair and goatee are black, and look as if they need washing. His eyes are brown. He wears red robes of a sort over a black tunic and brown breeches. The robe is more of an overcoat that flows freely around his legs (think bathrobe). He comes across as a greasy car-salesman.
Ratlin joined the party when he met with them as part of the group that was sent by the Bishop to obtain information. He has been quiet for the most part, other than to bicker with Tolik.
