Tolik is a Avariel Elf, Wizard by class. He has Silver hair and wings and violet eyes. He is short by human standards, but among his people, he is fairly normal. He is outgoing, but also very stubborn.
Tolik joined the party when he met with them as part of the group that was sent by the Bishop to obtain information. Tolik has been disagreeable since he joined, but soon after he encountered the group he revealed his set of wings, and they have proved valuable, though some of the party might wish this bird was plucked.
